Coline Metta-Versmessen

Coline is a medical student at the University of Lille, while continuing her research collaborations with the Climate Economics Chair (CEC) and Lille Économie Management (LEM). She holds a PhD in Climate Economics from Paris Dauphine–PSL University, completed in partnership with the Climate Economics Chair and EDF R&D.

Her research focuses on climate policy design, particularly Emission Trading Systems (ETS), policy interactions, and the economics of decarbonization. As she begins her medical training, she is increasingly interested in the connections between climate change, public policy, and health, with the ambition of bridging environmental economics and medicine.
